During yet another border raid, a human ship is destroyed by the mysterious attackers who are causing the Alliance to crumble, but this time a lone survivor escapes, making his way to the Drazi homeworld, and Sheridan is eager to contact this witness. But the survivor in this case was smuggling illegal goods from Earth to the Drazi, and any discussions with him will have to be conducted very quietly. Sheridan wants to send Garibaldi and Franklin, but Garibaldi insists on going solo. Upon his arrival, he gets into a great deal of trouble, largely of his own making, but comes back with evidence that seems to point to an important member of the Alliance as the perpetrators of the attacks. And G’Kar is most annoyed to discover that he became a best-selling author and spiritual leader in absentia.
