Little E helped me with this batch by peeling oranges while I peeled and sliced up apples and kiwis. He and I both taste-tested the ingredients every step of the way. I mean, we can’t ask anyone to eat our fruit salad if we wouldn’t eat it ourselves.
And it all gets divvied up into little cups – some in the fridge, some in the freezer – so we can bust out some fruit salad goodness anytime we like (much to mom’s delight). It’s tasty.
(Before anyone asks – and someone always does – no sugar has been added, and no glaze. That just ruins it. It’s a bowl full of fruit. Eat it without adding a bunch of crap – it’s delicious as-is.)
